Delivery Policy

 1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. 

2. Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Bulgaria, USA, Canada, Australia, Germany, Sweden, Denmark, France, Netherlands, Switzerland and UK. For any shipments outside of those countries please contact us.

 3. Delivery Time

Once your order is placed, give us 1 day to prepare your order. Delivery time is 1-3 busies days with DHL.  

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within max of 3 business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. 

If you order a few products, they will be delivered in one shipment. 

4. Delivery Instructions

You can provide special delivery instructions as a gift card or private massage, just contact us.

5. Shipping Costs 

We are company that want to provide high quality shipping, deliver the item in 1-3 business days via DHL courier, with the tracking number, to your chosen shipping address, so the shipping cost is already in the price of goods.   

 6. Damaged Items in Transport
